Search function

Hope you are rested from your Summer holiday. Here’s the news of what we prepared while you were away. Today’s release is an (updated) feature that lets you search through all leads. Not just lead-profile data but everything, for example: page url/ title referrer, exit link, custom event values, etc.

Why is this useful?

To find the leads that meet a specific criteria. eg:
* all leads that viewed a specific product page
* all leads that came from location
* all leads that came in via a specific campaign
* universal search = find anything

Share Leads via email

We are very proud to release lead sharing today. This feature allows you to share individual leads via email with anyone you want.

Why is this useful?

Be it either your co-worker, colleague, a sales rep, or your boss, you can now quickly and easily show others the sales intel that could help to close a deal or put a lead on the sales call list. The email will contain all important information we have on that lead, including the clickstream/ on-site behavior. If there is one person in your company, for example, who wants to login and send leads for follow-up, or because he/ she knows somebody is working on that file, this is a great way to share valuable info.

Exit links in clickstreams

We have added a small but neat feature; we now show you the page your leads went to when they left your site / domain.

Why is that handy?
By knowing the links to (external) pages your leads clicked on, you now know more on their interests and this allows you to anticipate on that behaviour.

Sorting your Leads

Sorting leads on the leadboard is feature we introduced some time ago, but recently we realised it wasn’t very obvious for our users (you!) thats why we are writing about it here in the App update.

You can sort based on LeadScore (default) , email, LinkedIn, phone nr, website and most importantly last event.

Last event

Sorting on last event shows you all website visitors in reversed chronological order, meaning that the latest visitor is on top. This is most useful if you want to know who is on your site right now!

Automatic Form Tracking

Amazingly easy: Automatically send us all <Form> data – when visitors fill in a form.

Description

All you need to do to get Automatic Form tracking working is to make an small adjustment to the default tracking code, and we will auto-magically capture and track all (contact) details or form data submitted by ANY form.

Additionally, if you build the form-fields to match the placeholder names we use, we will populate the LeadBoard with this data.

See this document for full details: Automatic form tracking

Download your Lead Data

We’ve added the option to download the information from the app as CSV (comma-separated values) file.

This can be useful for various reasons like offline analysis, integration into your CRM or sales workflow, analysing technical data, and much more.

The data you receive when you click the download button is similar to the data that is visible on your screen but contains a lot more details then what we show in our interface and is all data from the last 28 days.

Retirement of weekly CSV report via email

As the user interface download option now provides better and richer data, and we are sending the good looking weekly overview of top-leads, we decided to stop automatically sending the weekly CSV file with last weeks leads.

Assign Your Leads (and set ownership)

We’ve added the option to assign leads to your users.

Meaning you distribute the workload and ‘send’ your lead to the best sales agent for the job.

Why would i need to do that?

If your site has good traffic and you have multiple people doing sales, each might be specialised in an vertical or industry.
